The Reverend Julian Bond can insult dark brown people in a live forum, hosted by the Heritage Foundation, in front of a mostly white audience;

but Howard Brush Dean, five time elected Governor, can’t get away with a joke told, and appreciated by, the Congressional Black Caucus.

“Most black people can’t handle the cold.”
“Black people don’t respect each other”
“Have you ever noticed that most black people are late?”
“not all, not all, not all, but most black people are suffering not from racism, but lack of moral character.”
“Black people will not work with each other.”
