He’s in Intensive Care for a reason: The man is 78 year old. ANY heart issues in someone of that age, even a ’small’ heart attack, are serious.

Hey, Pundit Guy? Your Vice PResident shot an old man in the face and now he’s had a heart attack and has birshot in his heart.

Nothing to see here, eh? We’ve all been shot in the face a time or two, had a few minor heart attacks and we’re walking around with bird shot in the heart.

But… How’d it get to the heart?
