OK....we all know who is to blame....GOD...so lets recall him and put his assistant (The Rev. Jesse Jackson) in charge...There are many errors of leadership involved in this mess...mostly local and state government in LA...however this is certainly not something new...but we will remember when election time comes.

Mary Landrieu Bobs, Weaves, Implodes

I'm Chris Wallace, welcome to Fox News Sunday. Joining us now to discuss the continuing human drama unfolding in the wake of hurricane Katrina are Louisiana's two senators, Democrat Mary Landrieu, who's here in the studio with us... Hi, Chris.

While I agree with you for the most part, I'm inclined to take issue with this statement:

"The first will focus on the destructive reality of that powerful storm, and hopefully, the ability to accurately predict future category 5 hurricanes will improve."

Hopefully so, but the fact of the matter is, this category 5 hurricane (well... category 4 at landfall, category 2-3 in terms of its effects on New Orleans proper) was predicted VERY well. 60 hours out, the forecast was already almost perfect. Where improvement in forecasting ability will come into play will be with storms like Ophelia, but it will be a very, very long time before we can predict storms more accurately than Katrina was predicted.
