WaPo Calls It "A Good Leak"

You don't have to get very far before the truth in this editorial hits you straight in the face.

Unfortunately, the rest of the MSM doesn't believe any of the truths outlined in the WaPo editorial released today. No, since earlier this week they've been in an unhinged uproar over the whole "Bush authorized the Leak" affair. It's clear that so many of them wish they were born 20 years earlier than they were so they would have had a chance to report during Watergate. It's almost comical how the rabid dogs jumped on this story as if they were getting their chance at busting a president. Ah, but they forgot this little fact:

Presidents are authorized to declassify sensitive material, and the public benefits when they do.

Not that this will stop them. No, the story will live a while longer, perhaps through the rest of this week, but not into the next. It'll die by then, just like the rest of the bogus "Bush is evil" stories.
